Five practice areas, one goal: stronger organizations.

Work ranges from a single focused project to ongoing advisory support, sized to your mission, your budget, and what your team can take on.

Operations and program management

Hands-on execution that makes strategy real: the systems and processes that help an organization run smoothly and prepare for audits.

  • Clinical audit preparation: modernizing policies and procedures and cross-checking them against audit requirements
  • Program and project management
  • Team capacity management and team building

Meet the founder

Ruchi Bawa, MPH

For more than 25 years, I have led health initiatives across the nonprofit, academic, clinical, and corporate sectors, including nationally recognized programs at leading institutions.

My work focuses on advancing health access and equity, improving the experience of care, and building lasting, systems-level change, particularly for communities facing the greatest disparities.

I currently serve as Director of Operations and Partnership Engagement at Canopy Cancer Collective through BawaforChange, LLC, where I advise executive oncology leaders, coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, and support the growth of a national network driving care transformation.

Across my career, I have led programs and digital portfolios at nationally ranked hospitals, major universities, global companies, and health plans. My leadership has spanned mental well-being, chronic condition care, culturally responsive community programs, and clinical and enterprise product development.

BawaforChange began in 2011 as pro bono support for nonprofits. In 2025, I formalized that work as BawaforChange, LLC, so I can partner with more organizations through dedicated consulting engagements.

Outside of client work, I support community organizations across Greater Cincinnati through volunteering and giving.

At the core of my work is a belief in integrity, collaboration, and the power of centering marginalized voices to design better systems.

Fluency across sectors

Experience spanning nonprofits, hospitals, universities, research networks, and global corporations.

Built for lean teams

Primarily nonprofits and mission-driven health organizations, including community coalitions, research networks, clinical networks, and academic programs. I also advise healthcare and life sciences organizations whose work advances access and equity.
